Preliminary "Knock-Out" Search = word marks: $100; design marks: $150
Comprehensive Search = $300 to $500 depending on type of mark
Trademark Applications = $200 (plus USPTO filing fees)
§8 Declarations = $75 (plus USPTO fees)
Trademark Renewals = $100 (plus USPTO fees)
All other services are billed at an hourly rate of $200/hour
